As the Founder & CEO of The Biosphere NGO, he successfully established and managed operations across three states, demonstrating his expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and resource optimization. His ability to inspire teams, cultivate partnerships, and implement impactful social initiatives showcases his commitment to delivering results with purpose.Argha holds a Master's degree in Geography from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Amity University, Kolkata. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Geography from Kingston Teacher’s Training College. His academic foundation strengthens his analytical abilities and equips him with insights crucial for effective decision-making and organizational strategy.His remarkable achievements include serving as an HR officer with the prestigious REX Karamveer Chakra Award, excelling as a Campus Ambassador for the International Model United Nations, and leading impactful social projects as a Team Leader at Adore India.
